SHIPPING & RETURNES
Stated delivery costs are available to mainland UK destinations only and excludes some areas of Highland Scotland, Northern Ireland and Offshore Islands. For these areas please contact for a delivery quote.
Please note that most courier deliveries (business addresses) will be made between approx. 8.30am and 5.30pm and will require a signature upon delivery. Customers should make every effort to be available to receive the delivery, as no items will be left without a signature. In the event of a customer not being in when delivery is attempted, a card (should) be left detailing how to arrange a re-delivery at a later date or to be collected from the nearest parcel company depot. It is advisable to inspect the goods prior to signing for delivery. If you can see any damage whatsoever to the packaging sign for the goods as damaged. If this is not possible please ensure you sign for the goods unexamined to allow us to take any claims up with our delivery partners. We aim to deliver most items within 2-3 business working days. We will contact you if we become aware of an unexpected delay. Specialized or custom made orders will take around 7-14 business working days. Dates stated for delivery are approximate only and Easy Sheet Parts shall not be liable for any delays in delivery however caused. All orders received after 3.00pm on Friday through to Sunday will be dispatched on the following Monday. Prices for delivery are subject to change without prior notice by Easy Sheet Parts. We reserve the right to contact the customer prior to dispatch of goods to inform of a change in cost of delivery. We will deliver them in accordance with your order and a valid signature will be required on collection or delivery. In the unlikely event that you have not received all the goods within the stated delivery time, you must notify us immediately. Upon delivery of the goods to you, the goods shall be at your own risk.
No deliveries can be made on Bank/ Public Holidays. Any deliveries scheduled to arrive on a Bank/Public Holiday will be delivered the following working day. In addition, we are closed on Bank/ Public Holidays so orders placed on a Bank/ Public Holiday will not be despatched until the following working day.
Whilst we try to hold sufficient stock to meet all orders, there may be on occasion times when we will need to order direct from our manufacturing and suppliers. We will immediately notify you and backorder these item for you and dispatch the item at the earliest opportunity when they come back into stock.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
1. Damaged, Missing or Incorrect Orders.
Easy Sheet Parts will do our upmost to ensure that you receive your order in perfect condition. If you do not receive all your products ordered. Please contact us via e-mail at email@example.com where your enquiry will be dealt with.
2. Cancellations and Returns.
You can cancel your purchase at any time either before or up to 14 days after delivery by returning the product. There will be no refund for postage if parts have already left us. You can arrange a cancellation/return by e-mailing us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
All returns should be returned with the original box, packing and accessories. Any ‘Free Gifts’ received with the product must also be returned. Any electrical good parts will be tested before refunds are returned. This process can take up to 10 days. We do not operate a try before you buy policy, If you wish to return goods which are not faulty. You will receive a refund excluding postage and packaging. Please supply copy invoice with any return.
3. Return of Faulty Goods.
The following are guidelines, wherever possible we will respond to your individual circumstances. To qualify for a refund or exchange the product must be:
In otherwise “as new” condition; and In addition to your statutory rights, if you wish to return goods outside of the 7 days cancellation period, we operate a 14-day
faulty returns period. Goods found to be defective within 14 days can be returned for a full refund or replacement. Goods found to be tampered with by the customer will not be replaced, but will be returned at the customer’s expense.
If your goods arrive faulty or damaged, or a fault becomes apparent in the first 14 days after delivery, we will either provide a full refund or despatch new goods as
soon as possible after the faulty goods have been returned and tested. All goods returned as faulty will be fully
tested by our returns department to confirm that they are faulty, in the event that the item is not faulty it will be returned at your expense. All goods must be returned
via recorded delivery, If you choose another method of return, you must bear the costs. Any product returned damaged will be returned at your cost and a refund will
not be granted.
Exceptions. Some items cannot be returned these may include: special and made to order products, please check at time of ordering which products fall within this

Special order and non stock parts including bulk sale items may be subject to a 20% restocking fee, provided you return the product complete, unused and packaging
undamaged and in ‘as new’ condition (e.g. if you have opened the box to examine the product you must have done so without damaging or marking the product in
any way. Any product returned damaged will be returned at your cost and a refund will not be granted.
5. Special order returns.
Special order, custom made sheets and some non stock items CANNOT be returned as we are unable to return these items to source, please check when ordering if
the required parts fall under this policy.
6. Warranty Claims.
All products purchased from Easy Sheet Parts are subject to a 6 month warranty period. Any defect must not result from fair wear and tear, improper operation, overloading, miss fitted, accident, neglect or alteration after leaving our site.
Any warranty claim can only be settled once a full investigation has taken please, this may need to go through Easy Sheet parts and their supplier(s) processes so
claim can take some time.
