UK Mainland Service Cost
Stated delivery costs are plus VAT and are available to mainland UK destinations only. Excludes some areas of Highland Scotland, Northern Ireland and Offshore Islands, for these areas please contact us for best possible delivery quotation.
Most courier deliveries to business addresses will be made approximately between the hours of 8.30am and 5.30pm and will require a signature upon delivery. Customers should make every effort to be available to receive the delivery as no items will be left without a signature. In the event of a customer not being in when delivery is attempted, a delivery card (should) be left detailing how to arrange a re-delivery at a later date or how to collected from the nearest parcel company depot.
We advisable to inspect the goods prior to signing. If you can see any damage whatsoever to the packaging sign for the goods as damaged. If this is not possible please ensure you sign for the goods unexamined to allow us to take any claims up with our delivery partners late on.
Terms for Delivery
We aim to deliver stocked items within 2-3 days and on none stock or currently out off stock items we look to deliver within 5-7 working days. We will contact you if we become aware of an unexpected delay to your delivery. Dates stated for delivery are approximate only and Easters & Son Commercial Services Ltd or Easy Sheet Parts shall not or will not be liable for any delays in delivery however caused. These time do not included weekend and bank holidays.
All orders received after 12pm on Friday through to Sunday will be dispatched on the following Monday/Tuesday depending on stock. Prices for delivery are subject to change without prior notice by Easters & Son Commercial Services Ltd. We reserve the right to contact the customer prior to dispatch of goods to inform of a change in cost of delivery.
We will deliver them in accordance with your order and a valid signature will be required on delivery.
Bank/ Public Holidays
No deliveries can be made on Bank/ Public Holidays. Any deliveries scheduled to arrive on a Bank/Public Holiday will be delivered the following working day. In addition, our workshop and office is closed on Bank/ Public Holidays so orders placed on a Bank/ Public Holiday will not be dispatched until the following working day.
Whilst we endeavor to hold most parts in stock to meet all orders, there may be the occasion when we will need to order direct from our manufacturing and supplier partners. We will immediately notify you and back order this item for you and dispatch the item at the earliest opportunity when they come back into stock.
We do everything we can to meet the delivery times specified in this section. However, occasionally delivery times may be affected by factors beyond our control and therefore they cannot be guaranteed.
